Welcome to Baguio Delivery App. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.
What We Are
Baguio Delivery App is a free platform that connects customers with local restaurants, cafes, stores, grocery shops, and delivery riders in Baguio City. We are not a delivery company, food establishment, or retailer. We serve only as a bridge between customers and local businesses or riders.
No Fees
The platform is currently free to use for all users — customers, merchants, and riders. Should this change in the future, users will be notified in advance.
User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Platform Role and Liability
We do not prepare, handle, or deliver any orders. All transactions, including payment, food preparation, product quality, and delivery, are handled directly between the customer, the merchant, and the rider. Baguio Delivery App is not liable for any disputes, damages, delays, food quality issues, or losses arising from transactions made through the platform.
User Conduct
All users agree to provide accurate information, act in good faith, and refrain from using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity. We reserve the right to remove any listing or user that violates these terms.
Content
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
Availability
We strive to keep the platform running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
